Overview

The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is a remote position responsible for selling NeoGenomics’ full portfolio of oncology diagnostic testing services to current and prospective customers, engaging with them primarily via phone, email, and virtual meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences preferred.
  • 0-2 years of sales experience preferred.
  • Strong closing skills and business acumen required.
  • Skilled in persuasive techniques and negotiation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of clinical and laboratory market environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office programs.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
