Overview

The Digital Health Implementation Manager is responsible for developing and leading technical projects and resources to help clinical business units attain commercial goals among large, complex, and strategically valuable healthcare organizations, including oncology accounts and traditional health systems.

In Short

  • Enhance commercial connectivity between NeoGenomics and other healthcare providers.
  • Identify opportunities and drive integration of technology and services within oncology.
  • Partner with internal account leads to execute digital health strategies.
  • Develop customer-specific resources for digital initiatives.
  • Foster partnership development through collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Participate in connectivity strategy to improve project prioritization.
  • Monitor market intelligence to improve digital health strategy.
  • Lead key strategic digital health projects to enhance client experience.
  • Manage project execution and internal performance monitoring.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred.
  • Preferred experience with oncology diagnostic workflow.
  • 8+ years’ experience in healthcare, informatics, or managed care.
  • Proven track record of launching digital health solutions.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare ecosystems.
  • Ability to lead projects with business acumen.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
