In Short

• Lead and manage onboarding projects for new customers on the Aidoc platform.
• Function as the key technical stakeholder in implementation processes.
• Build strong relationships with customers' technical teams.
• Make data-driven decisions to optimize technical setups.
• Generate creative product offerings based on customer needs.
• Collaborate with the Product team on requirements and design.
• Work closely with Customer Success and Sales departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical certifications.
• At least 4 years of experience in customer-facing or technical operations.
• Experience in Healthcare IT, especially Radiology IT.
• Proven ability to work with data and make informed decisions.
• Structured thinking and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
