Overview

As a Health Systems Implementation Manager at Parachute Health, you will drive the end-to-end function of our Health Systems Implementation division, ensuring the successful delivery of products and enhancing patient outcomes through efficient digital ordering processes.

In Short

• Fully own and drive the Health Systems Implementation function.
• Lead and coordinate strategic Enterprise client relationships post-sale.
• Manage a high-performing team of Implementation Associates and Managers.
• Identify and execute strategic process improvements.
• Spearhead product launches and relay customer feedback to product teams.
• Develop and share critical insights with partners.

Requirements

• Passionate about improving patient outcomes in healthcare.
• Proven success in managing teams with multiple direct reports.
• Minimum 7 years in consulting or project-based work in healthcare.
• Customer-facing experience in healthcare preferred.
• Prior software or SaaS experience highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel at least once a quarter.
