Health Plan Implementation Manager - Remote

In Short

• Serve as the primary liaison between our organization and contracted health plans.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and deliver on performance metrics.
• Manage all aspects of contract performance and communication.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Develop strong relationships with health plan representatives.
• Prepare and present reports for internal stakeholders and health plans.
• Support onboarding of new payer contracts.
• Provide feedback on payer trends and renewal opportunities.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams.
• Maintain a sustainable work/life balance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in implementation management or health plan relations.
• Strong understanding of managed care contracts and payer expectations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience working with Medicaid and/or Medicare health plans.
• Project management or process improvement experience.
