Overview

The Implementation Manager will support the operational launch and oversight of new Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial contracts, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements and successful operationalization of program components.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations.
• 3+ years supporting health plan implementations.
• Experience with health plan portals and EHRs.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
