In Short

• Join a rapidly scaling team at NALA.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Engineering experience, with 2 years in management.
• Empathetic leadership style.
• Hands-on experience with Go.
• Experience in building scalable products.
• Familiarity with asynchronous work and modern communication tools.
• Strong time management skills.
• Results-oriented with a strong vision.
• Fluent in English.
