In Short

• Join a rapidly growing team at NALA, focusing on building new revenue lines.
• Support and develop a cross-functional squad of Engineers.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers.
• Be a key technical contributor and manage day-to-day activities in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Help individuals achieve their professional goals through coaching.
• Build a high-performing engineering team and manage performance.
• Report on development, quality, and system performance.
• Hands-on involvement in system design and coding.
• Work with a diverse tech stack including Go, Dart, and AWS.
• Participate in hiring new engineers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Engineering experience and 2+ years managing engineers.
• Empathetic leadership style.
• Hands-on experience with Go.
• Experience building scalable products.
• Ability to work asynchronously with global teams.
• Strong time management skills.
• Results-oriented with a strong business and technical vision.
• Fluent in English.
