Overview

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Internal Tools Platform teams, focusing on foundational frameworks and tools that enhance the development experience across the organization. This role combines technical leadership with people management to drive innovation in developer tooling.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of web development experience.
• 6+ years of engineering management experience.
• Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript ecosystem.
• Experience with TypeScript, Node.js, Vue/React.
• Background in API design (REST, GraphQL).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proven track record of building high-performing teams.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical roadmaps.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
