Requirements

• Over 1 year of leadership and management experience
• Technical expertise in web services and infrastructure
• Ability to lead projects with multiple stakeholders
• Experience in building and growing development teams
• Drive for quality and technical excellence
• Experience in backend systems design and development
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
