Overview

As an Engineering Manager in our growing Colombia hub, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our engineering team. You’ll lead and support two teams of 10+ engineers in total, working closely with peers and technical leads across the UK, Romania, and other locations.

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills.
• Background as a senior or lead software engineer, ideally in Java/Kotlin.
• Experience with SaaS products in fast-moving environments.
• Proven leadership in an Agile environment.
• Comfort with end-to-end delivery responsibility.
• Interest in scaleups/startups and dynamic environments.
