• Over 1 year of leadership and management experience.
• Technical expertise in web services and infrastructure.
• Experience in building and growing development teams.
• Ability to lead complex projects effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience designing and developing backend systems.
• Familiarity with Scrum or Agile methodologies.
• Commitment to quality and results.
• Experience with full stack Ruby on Rails.
• Knowledge of relevant technologies like PostgreSQL and Kubernetes.
