Overview

The Manager, Content Marketing & Operations will oversee and coach newsletter editors while also contributing directly to content creation and strategy, focusing on driving traffic and maximizing subscriber engagement.

In Short

  • Lead and mentor a team of newsletter editors.
  • Develop and execute content marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with brand leaders to align content with business goals.
  • Utilize data to inform content strategy and performance.
  • Manage A/B testing initiatives to improve engagement.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports for stakeholders.
  • Support retention strategies to improve subscriber lifetime value (LTV).
  • Work closely with the Growth Marketing team.
  • Ensure all content reflects brand voice and standards.
  • Contribute to cross-functional tasks and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of related professional experience.
  • Digital marketing experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • 5% travel required.
