Overview

Red Canary is seeking a highly analytical, process-driven Marketing Operations Manager to optimize our marketing tech stack and support demand generation and campaign execution.

• Manage and optimize core marketing systems including Marketo and Salesforce.
• Design scalable lead management processes.
• Collaborate with demand gen and ABM teams to operationalize campaigns.
• Monitor marketing funnel performance and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a marketing operations role, preferably in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Proficient in Marketo and Salesforce CRM.
• Solid understanding of marketing and sales funnel metrics.
• Experience with demand gen and ABM programs.
• Strong analytical mindset.
• Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with BI/analytics platforms like Tableau or Looker.
• Understanding of privacy and compliance requirements.
• Comfortable managing cross-functional projects.
• Experience with tools like LeanData and 6sense.
