Overview

Atlan is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Operations Manager to join our growing marketing team in India. This role is critical in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing efforts, focusing on optimizing our marketing technology stack, streamlining processes, and providing data-driven insights to improve campaign performance.

• Manage marketing technology stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
• Implement process improvements for marketing efficiency
• Develop marketing dashboards and reports for KPIs

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations in B2B SaaS
• Expertise in marketing automation (HubSpot) and CRM (Salesforce)
• Strong analytical skills with data analysis tools
• Experience in building reports and dashboards
• Understanding of lead management processes
• Experience with email marketing and paid advertising
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Familiarity with GDPR and data privacy regulations
