• Experience in performance management and feedback processes.
• Intermediate or higher English proficiency.
• Knowledge in applied cybersecurity in software development.
• Familiarity with data science or working with data teams.
• Experience in startups or dynamic environments.
• Experience working with remote and distributed teams.
• Practical knowledge of agile methodologies and delivery metrics.
