Associate Director - Delivery and Sales Leader (Automated QA and Testing) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Delivery and Sales Leader to drive the next stage of growth in our Automated QA and Testing (AQT) Business Unit. This role will be critical in reshaping our automation services, embedding AI-driven methodologies into our CI/CD pipelines, and positioning Nagarro at the forefront of innovation in the QA space.

In Short

• Drive 20%+ revenue growth year-over-year.
• Present AQT offerings to existing/new customers.
• Integrate AI- and ML-driven testing frameworks across client engagements.
• Develop targeted sales strategies for AI-driven testing services.
• Lead high-value sales pursuits with client engagement.
• Ensure exceptional quality delivery while optimizing profit margins.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team skilled in AI/ML testing techniques.
• Drive P&L performance through strategic financial planning.
• Deliver accurate forecasting and margin management.
• Establish Nagarro as a thought leader in AI-augmented test automation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in delivery, sales, or business management.
• Proven success in scaling business units and managing P&L.
• Strong understanding of modern QA and Testing approaches.
• Experience implementing AI-powered testing tools.
• Demonstrated ability to engage clients consultatively.
• Deep experience with forecasting and financial management.
• Track record of building high-performing teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
