Overview

The mission of Nagarro Client Growth Partner (CGP) is to strengthen and expand Nagarro’s strategic relationships with existing customers by providing high-value trusted advice on digital transformations to c-suite executives within each client organization.

In Short

  • Own and expand relationships with strategic client accounts.
  • Lead strategic discussions with senior executives.
  • Drive conversations around productivity improvements and operational efficiency.
  • Propose relevant solutions based on client’s business priorities.
  • Collaborate with delivery and solution teams to shape proposals.
  • Articulate how modern solutions can transform customer business outcomes.
  • Maintain a regular onsite presence at client location.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Established record in account farming and client relationship management.
  • Ability to engage and influence CXO-level stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation trends.
  • Hands-on experience in driving optimization programs.
  • Skilled in market research and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Comfortable with regular onsite client interaction.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Technical background is a plus.
