Overview

This role involves acting as a Salesforce Business Consultant and Solution Architect, focusing on CRM transformation for manufacturing clients.

• Lead discovery workshops with clients to understand their needs.

Requirements

• 8 - 12 years of experience with 5+ years in Salesforce CRM.
• Experience with manufacturing clients.
• Proven track record of full lifecycle Salesforce implementations.
• Salesforce certifications preferred.
• Strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Analytical and structured approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to navigate complex client organizations.
• Familiarity with manufacturing-specific concepts.
• Experience in consulting environments.
