Overview

The AVEVA System Platform & MES Engineer will design and deploy unified supervision and MES architectures within a Discrete Manufacturing environment, focusing on digitizing production flows and optimizing machine cycle times.

In Short

• Design and develop object-oriented models for discrete assets using AVEVA System Platform.
• Implement AVEVA MES Performance to track OEE in real-time.
• Deploy Andon Systems to alert operators of issues on the assembly line.
• Configure AVEVA Historian for data capture and analysis.
• Integrate 3D Viewer OMI Apps for visualizing machinery contexts.
• Manage interfaces between shop floor and ERP systems.
• Define standardization strategies for graphics and objects.
• Authorize modifications to MES data collection logic.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Discrete Manufacturing.
