Overview

The Senior IT Risk Manager reports to the Head of IT Risk Management (ITRM) within Voya's enterprise Operational Risk Management function, providing risk oversight for Voya’s IT function and technologies.

  • Collaborate with ORM teams on IT risks and trends.
  • Maintain IT Risk Management strategy and framework.
  • Support risk-based decision making for Voya leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field.
  • 8-15 years of relevant experience in IT risk management.
  • 4 years of experience in financial services.
  • Knowledge of risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements.
  • Preferred certifications: CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Critical thinker with strong analytical skills.
