Overview

This role involves assisting customers in the Employee Benefits sector, focusing on leave and disability claims, within a remote work environment.

In Short

  • 100% remote work or hybrid options available.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 3+ years of customer service experience.
  • Proficient in basic computer functions.
  • Strong communication and engagement skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bi-Lingual candidates preferred.
  • Experience in Financial Services is a bonus.
  • Ability to handle objections effectively.
  • Learning agility and willingness to develop new skills.
  • College degree and 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
