Plan Manager-TPA - Remote

Overview

The Plan Manager-TPA role is focused on managing TPA sponsored plans, enhancing client relationships, and contributing to profitability while working in a flexible, remote environment.

In Short

• Manage all aspects of TPA sponsored plans.
• Maintain and enhance client relationships.
• Work 100% remotely from home.
• Must work East Coast hours.
• Serve as primary customer contact for specific plans.
• Resolve service and communication issues.
• Collaborate with sales and operations staff.
• Contribute to product development.
• Identify retention opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Customer service experience and skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent preferred.
• SPARK/ARPS Certification preferred or to be completed upon hire.
