Requirements

• 7 to 10 years of Group Life Insurance experience.
• 2 to 5 years of experience as a claims consultant or manager.
• Strong knowledge of insurance contract compliance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and oral communication abilities.
• Ability to influence and motivate across departments.
• Experience in process improvement projects.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred.
