Overview

This role as an Operational Risk Manager at Citi involves overseeing data governance and technology needs within the operational risk management framework, ensuring compliance and effective management of operational risks.

In Short

• Support ORM Data and Technology needs across ORM.
• Execute remediation of Data Governance and Data Management.
• Liaise with stakeholders in various departments to deliver data projects.
• Define and manage Operational Risk Data Strategy.
• Develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Manage and support teams and vendors.
• Utilize Citi’s Enterprise tooling for data governance.
• Prepare and present reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with ORM's Consent Order milestones.
• Collaborate on data projects with various PMO teams.

Requirements

• Solid experience in product program governance and risk management.
• Skills in risk management, business analysis, and data analytics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Data Governance and Strategy is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Ability to work with various teams and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and strong work ethic.
• Experience with database tools and visualization software.
• Understanding of Financial Models is beneficial.
