As a Senior Manager in Risk Management at Okta, you will be part of a dynamic Governance, Risk, and Compliance organization focused on building a cutting-edge security risk management program.

In Short

• Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive security risk management framework.
• Collaborate with technical stakeholders to assess systems and security risks.

• Conduct post-incident security reviews.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technology risk management.
• Strong background in cybersecurity and operational risks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Jira, and GRC platforms.
• Security certification (CISA, CISM, CISSP) preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with dashboarding platforms like Tableau is a plus.
• Self-motivated and self-directed.
• Proven track record in building productive relationships.
