In Short

• Own and improve the Risk Management System (RMS) in alignment with ISO31000 and ISO27005
• Support Business Owner and Group Leadership in the risk Management process
• Drive risk awareness and risk management adoption across SAP Fioneer globally
• Ensure Risk reviews are conducted, and risk mitigation or acceptance are in place
• Prepare Risk overview for the Group Leadership
• Provide regular and ad-hoc risk reporting for the regulated customers of SAP Fioneer
• Own and drive the Supplier risk management process and supplier due diligence
• Maintain and improve the risk management tooling

Requirements

• Proven experience in risk management
• Strong understanding of ISO standards, particularly ISO31000 and ISO27005
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams
• Experience with supplier risk management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
