Overview

The Sales Development Representative will engage with internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic goals, focusing on outreach, prospecting, and lead qualification.

• Ensure quality appointments for sales teams through outbound calls.
• Conduct prospecting activities including cold calls and emails.
• Manage business activities related to Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
• Qualify and convert MQLs to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
• Explain products to prospects and perform sales presentations.
• Utilize CRM to track and qualify leads.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects and achieve meeting targets.
• Research and build a database of contacts.
• Generate reports to track business metrics.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for the role.

Requirements

• 1+ year of relevant sales experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in IT tools, especially Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
• 2+ years of experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Ability to leverage social media for B2B sales.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Solid commercial acumen to identify business opportunities.
