The Professional Learning Specialist will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive training experiences to our customers via live webinars, virtual training sessions and in-person events.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in delivering professional learning or training.
• Strong facilitation skills for live webinars and workshops.
• Ability to create engaging learning content.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with virtual learning platforms and LMS.
• Strong organizational skills for managing projects.
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for education.
