As a Pooled Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Everway, you will primarily engage in programming - focusing on scalable, high-impact activities designed to support a broad portfolio of educational customers.

  • Host cohorted webinars and virtual workshops to deliver timely, targeted training to groups of customers.
  • Monitor customer usage and engagement metrics to identify accounts needing intervention.
  • Develop and share scalable resources, such as tutorials and video guides.
  • Engage in proactive communications to address common inquiries.
  • Build positive relationships with high-touch customers.
  • Gather and share customer feedback with internal teams.
  • Document interactions and success stories in the Customer Success Platform.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Product teams for upsell opportunities.
  • Conduct periodic account reviews for key clients.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing high-volume interactions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight).
  • Ability to create and deliver scalable content.
