IT Product Manager, Digital & Product Engineering - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager – Digital and Product Engineering to help enhance and support various Marketing and Digital applications. This person will have a hands-on role in the development, maintenance, and execution of digital programs and website development projects. Additionally, this person will participate in the migration of the program to a new platform working with technology teams to architect the new solution.

In Short

• Provide expertise in system and data architecture marketing automation processes and website development
• Manage ongoing web development implementation, troubleshoot system errors, and provide user support
• Discover known and unmet customer needs and possible feature/functionality concepts that meet those needs
• Develop business case(s) to support feature/functionality concepts and sell the concepts to internal audiences
• Communicate and collaborate with business and marketing stakeholders
• Identify high-level business needs through outreach to key stakeholders
• Prioritize backlogs supporting Digital and Marketing initiative and scrum teams
• Communicate data and functional requirements to the technology development teams
• Conduct product release planning sessions with the Scrum team
• Investigate and resolve bugs/issues related to Digital initiatives

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in a computer related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years' hands-on experience in high volume website, e-commerce development platform preferably in Healthcare domain
• Experience in smart appointment scheduling, Patient Portal is preferred
• Experience working with large data sets and databases
• Strong development experience in Digital and Marketing application domain
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
• Ability to handle shifting priorities, demands and timelines
• Familiarity with digital, physical, and mobile customer journeys
• Knowledge of Confluence, Jira, CICD and PPM tools
• Familiarity with Digital Technologies, Google Analytics, Marketing Automation Tools, CRM, CMS
