Field Marketing Manager, Northeast/Mid-Atlantic - Remote

Overview

MyEyeDr. is looking for a Field Marketing Manager to partner & support field operations in support of our business goals. The Field Marketing Manager would be responsible for local/regional marketing plan support development and execution to build brand awareness, drive patients and achieve profitability for long-term success/growth. This position is the primary contact/support with field operations within assigned territory.

In Short

• Act as a point of contact with field operators maintaining consistent communication.
• Build effective working relationships with field operators and local vendors.
• Conduct market visits to build relationships with local teams.
• Interface with industry organizations to increase brand awareness.
• Develop and execute plans for new office openings.
• Partner with marketing team to develop marketing support plans.
• Identify local opportunities to drive revenue and demand.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop marketing materials.
• Organize and manage local calendar activities.
• Produce local competitor analysis and market research.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing or related field preferred.
• Experience developing and executing marketing plans preferred.
• Optical, Retail and/or Franchisee experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related discipline.
• Working knowledge of marketing plans across multiple platforms.
• Ability to evaluate marketing effectiveness and trends.
• Ability to create program goals and communication plans.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to present to key stakeholders effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft PowerBI.
