Overview

The Director, People Systems & Insights will oversee the strategy related to people technology and data insights, managing tools, systems, and data to align with the organization’s strategy.

• Lead a team of technical experts on HRIS and Talent Management tools.

Requirements

• 8 years of experience in cloud software or technology-focused roles.
• Experience in HR systems administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience in leadership roles.
• Advanced analytical thinking and data comprehension skills.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and business intelligence tools.
• Experience in project management, preferably in HR systems.
• Strong communication skills for technical concepts.
• Customer service and collaboration skills.
• Ability to develop relationships with leadership and vendors.
