Requirements

• Minimum of ten years of progressive HR experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Human Resource Management.
• Experience supporting Tech teams through digital transformation.
• Knowledge of talent planning and organizational design.
• Demonstrated ability in change management and leadership development.
• Excellent consulting and strategic planning skills.
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Experience working in an Agile Technology Delivery setup.
• Ability to influence decision makers.
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) preferred.
