Overview

This role serves as a strategic partner and operational driver for Member & Digital Experience (MDX) during a significant transformation initiative at BECU, focusing on enhancing member experience and operational readiness.

In Short

  • Lead SAFE Integration Program Delivery.
  • Guide Cross-Functional Sub Workstreams.
  • Act as the Executive Right Hand to MDX leadership.
  • Shape Divisional Strategy and ensure alignment with enterprise priorities.
  • Develop Operational Cadence and Structure for MDX.
  • Serve as a Change Leader during major transformations.
  • Lead Division-Level Communications.
  • Prepare Executive and Board-Ready Deliverables.
  • Influence Senior Leaders Across the Organization.
  • Leverage Data and Feedback to Drive Improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • 10 years of relevant experience in operations management, project management, or organizational communications.
  • Experience leading large-scale project teams.
  • Enterprise-level program and project management experience.
  • Mergers & acquisitions experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective leadership and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to influence senior leaders without formal authority.
