Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• One year of lead experience in a related field.
• Four years of experience in financial health.
• Strong understanding of financial education methodologies.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with cross-functional projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Industry certifications preferred (e.g., FiCEP, NFEC).
• Willingness to travel as needed.
