Molina Healthcare of Iowa is hiring for a Program Manager of Rural Health. This position will be remote, but candidates must reside in Iowa.

• Active collaborator with internal business projects and programs.
• Plans and directs schedules and project budgets.
• Monitors projects from inception through delivery.
• Engages and oversees external vendors.
• Focuses on process improvement and organizational change management.
• Leads and manages teams in executing business programs.
• Serves as a subject matter expert in the functional area.
• Communicates with customers to analyze needs and goals.
• Works with operational leaders for process improvement recommendations.
• Creates business requirements documents and related documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of Program and/or Project management experience.
• Operational Process Improvement experience.
• Healthcare experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Project and Visio.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Experience partnering with leadership across the organization.
