Overview

The Enterprise Risk Manager will lead the development and improvement of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program, ensuring the organization is prepared for operational and strategic risks while supporting a culture of risk awareness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, or related field.
• 7 years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and risk governance principles.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
• Experience with GRC platforms and risk analytics tools.
• Master’s degree preferred.
