Overview

The Financial Systems Program Manager will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of NerdWallet’s financial systems roadmap, focusing on systems integration, scalability, and cross-functional alignment.

• Develop and lead the financial systems roadmap across Oracle and non-Oracle platforms.
• Provide leadership and stakeholders with regular updates on project progress.
• Coordinate and manage the full project lifecycle for financial systems initiatives.

• Champion continuous improvement of financial systems processes and user experience.
• Manage vendor relationships for third-party tools and integrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant work experience.
• 5+ years in program or project management for financial systems.
• Experience with Enterprise Financial Systems (ERP) such as Oracle Cloud.
• Program Management expertise with proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Fluency in financial systems and applications.
• Collaborative communication skills.
• Leadership experience guiding cross-functional teams.
• Adaptable problem solver in evolving environments.
• Ownership mindset for end-to-end delivery.
