Financial Systems Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Manager of Financial Systems to join our FinTech Product Group. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the technology needs of the Finance organization are being met to a best-in-class standard.

In Short

• Manage a team of 8-10 Business Systems Analysts
• Collaborate with our CFO Organization to understand their needs and act as their technical advisor and problem solver
• Assist in building and managing integrations between NetSuite, Coupa and other business systems
• Work closely with IT, Finance, Procurement and Operations teams
• Identify opportunities to automate and optimize accounting and financial processes
• Assist in system implementation and integration projects
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data
• Provide training and support to finance and accounting teams
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve integration and system issues
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies
• Manage relationships with software vendors and service providers
• Create a communication and rollout strategy

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing accounting systems
• Strong understanding of Coupa, NetSuite ERP, SuiteFlow, integrations
• Proven experience in leading complex integration projects
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices
• 2-4 years of prior management experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
• Able to articulate a clear vision and roadmap
• Able to problem-solve and navigate ambiguity
• Empathetic to customer needs and operational teams
