Overview

As our Financial Systems Manager - Workday, you’ll lead the implementation and management of Workday Financials, ensuring our finance and accounting teams have the tools they need to operate seamlessly. From deployment to optimization, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things Workday, driving strategy, integrations, and ongoing improvements.

In Short

• Leading the end-to-end client-side implementation of Workday Financials.
• Serving as the primary administrator for Workday Financials and other financial systems.
• Partnering with Finance, IT, Engineering, and BI teams to optimize financial workflows.
• Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security within Workday.
• Acting as the subject matter expert for Workday integrations.
• Developing and maintaining Workday financial reports and dashboards.
• Providing training and support to end users.
• Collaborating with consultants and vendors for system updates.
• Ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory guidelines.
• Staying up to date on Workday releases and best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading large-scale, transformational projects.
• 5+ years working within a Workday environment.
• Experience with SQL and other programming languages.
• A strategic thinker who thrives on problem-solving.
• A hands-on leader who embraces technology.
• Strong decision-making and conflict resolution skills.
• Adaptability to fast-paced changes.
• A self-starter who can learn quickly.
• Previous experience in the Property & Causality space is a plus.
