Overview

As a Data Analyst at BECU, you’ll play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that enhance our digital member experience.

In Short

• Transform data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with product owners and UX teams.
• Conduct exploratory, diagnostic, and descriptive analyses.
• Create and manage visualizations and reports.
• Analyze A/B tests and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collect, clean, and transform data using SQL and Python.
• Ensure data integrity and maintain documentation.
• Present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Participate in data analyst forums and learning sessions.
• Contribute to best practices and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of relevant data analysis experience.
• Intermediate proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Understanding of mathematical formulas and statistics.
• Preferred experience in the business or financial industry.
