Director of Pega Business Technology - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Pega Business Technologist/Principal with deep expertise in B2B, Martech, and Telecom (preferred) to drive enterprise-wide digital transformation. This role is instrumental in optimizing Pega capabilities across the entire customer lifecycle—spanning sales, marketing, and support—to enhance real-time business insights and maximize marketing ROI.

• Develop and implement best practices, governance, and frameworks to leverage Pega’s capabilities.
• Analyze and improve end-to-end enterprise processes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business technology leadership.
• Expertise in Pega platforms including Pega CDH and CRM capabilities.
• Strong understanding of real-time decisioning and analytics-driven marketing.
• Proven ability to define best practices and governance models.
• Hands-on experience in integrating Pega with enterprise systems.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
