Overview

The Sales Development Executive at Mondelēz International will be responsible for developing professional relationships with customers, optimizing base sales, NPD, and promotions while ensuring visibility in retailers.

In Short

  • Develop professional relationships with customers.
  • Optimize base sales, NPD, and promotions.
  • Ensure maximum visual impact and shelf availability.
  • Implement and monitor promotional activities.
  • Report on activities and performance.
  • Work closely with Cash & Carry wholesalers.
  • Drive field KPI's and achieve annual objectives.
  • Work in a remote environment.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Be sensitive to customer needs to grow their snacking range.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of sales and negotiation processes.
  • Solid analytical skills.
  • Sales experience, preferably in FMCG/CPG.
  • Attention to detail and perseverance.
  • A level education preferred but not essential.
  • Comfortable with driving an automatic or manual vehicle.
  • Strong numeracy skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel and stay overnight when required.
