Overview

This is a unique opportunity to be the first Hybrid Mid Market Account Executive / Account Manager in the APAC region for Mural. This role will join the existing APAC pod and focus on the expansion and retention of some of the largest companies in the region.

In Short

  • You will manage MURAL’s enterprise clients in the APAC region.
  • Build a strategy to break into a portfolio of prospective enterprise clients.
  • Understand client business goals and anticipate future needs.
  • Drive planning sessions to ensure clients leverage MURAL effectively.
  • Own annual renewals, expansions, and upsells.
  • Establish consultative and trusted relationships with clients.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for a cohesive customer experience.
  • Develop best practices for the Account Management team.
  • Elicit client feedback and advocate for customers with product teams.

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in Account Management / New Logo acquisition at a SaaS organization.
  • A hunter mindset focused on driving expansion and acquiring new logos.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with innovative sales approaches.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Experience running 6 figure renewals and upsells in a SaaS company.
  • Exceptional stakeholder and communication skills.
  • Experience with large, matrixed customers.
  • Love of learning and demonstrating best practices.
  • Willingness to work in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency in Japanese is preferred but not required.
