Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology or related field preferred.
• 5 or more years of increasing responsibility with proven experience in project management and HR systems.
• Expertise with SmartRecruiters ATS preferred.
• Understanding and optimizing HR processes.
• Managing data and ensuring compliance.
• Leading cross-functional teams while managing multiple projects.
