Overview

The Patient Access Representative plays a vital role in greeting and directing patients and their families within the healthcare facility, ensuring a welcoming environment while managing patient information efficiently.

In Short

• Greet and assist patients and families in a courteous manner.
• Verify and enter patient information into the registration system.
• Provide information about procedures and hospital expectations.
• Maintain confidentiality of medical information.
• Communicate effectively with department staff and management.
• Act as a preceptor for new hires.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
• Work hours: Monday-Friday, 11:30a - 7:30p.
• Eligible for a $3,000 sign-on bonus.
• Must comply with vaccination requirements.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• Two years of experience in customer service or a related field.
