Overview

As the Junior Agent Support Manager, you will play a critical role in providing administrative support to the sales team, helping them acquire and retain customers. You will work to enhance the efficiency of sales processes while ensuring that customer queries and complaints are handled effectively and within the required timeframes.

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of sales support and banking regulations.
  • Understanding of FICA and CPA regulations.
  • Strong customer service and conflict management skills.
  • Excellent communication and time management abilities.
  • Financial literacy and ability to manage costs.
  • Leadership abilities with strong decision-making skills.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a leadership position.
  • Proven track record in sales support and customer service.
  • Experience with conflict resolution and HR functions.
  • Grade 12 or equivalent education.
