Overview

The Procurement Administrator Learner will support day-to-day procurement operations and supplier contract administration at Mukuru, gaining exposure to procurement systems, compliance requirements, and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 / High School Graduate (Essential).
  • Higher certificate, post-secondary certificate, or Degree (Advantageous).
  • Experience in a similar role within a Procurement department (Advantageous).
  • Familiarity with compliance policies and regulations (Advantageous).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Knowledge of procure-to-pay systems (Basic).
  • Strong administrative and document handling skills.
  • Attention to detail and planning skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Legal compliance awareness.
