In Short

• You will be responsible for planning, executing, and following up on event participation.
• You will create target group-specific concepts in line with Greenbone's goals and messages.
• You will assist in the conception, organization, and execution of company events.
• You will support the creation of marketing materials and creative concepts for communication and design.
• You will coordinate with organizers, service providers, and internal teams.
• You will accompany Greenbone at events and ensure smooth operations.
• You will evaluate events using relevant KPIs and contribute to continuous optimization.

Requirements

• Experience in event management, ideally with various event formats and in an international environment.
• Strong soft skills: communication skills, teamwork, confident appearance, and high initiative.
• Structured working style and accuracy to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creativity, motivation, and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to develop concepts and thematic designs, as well as a sense for industry trends.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken – additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
